Devoured at the McKeansburg Hotel, New Ringgold, PA Served on a bed of various mushrooms, the ostrich reminded us both very much of steak with a slightly gamey and smokey taste.  For $9 as an appetizer, we definitely recommend this dish.  Where else in Schuykill County could you find ostrich, anyway? Everyone should follow this blog. Yes! This blog is to be followed. I hear the owners of the blog are a great pair of people and really know what’s up when it comes to food.  One of them is even obese! How much better can it get? But really, follow it.  Don’t make me beg.
